approximately 3000sf consists of: Our 8 Bedroom Scottsdale Golf & Lake Resort Villa is located inside the McCormich Ranch Resort Community and is highly upgraded. Enjoy 12 rooms including 7 bedrooms, 1 convertible 8th Bedroom with 2 Designer Daybeds, 5 bathroom, 2 private secluded patios, 2 balconies, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Plasma TVs in all rooms. The Villa sleeps up to 21 people. Each room can be set up with 1 king size bed or 2 twin size beds. Suite does not belong to a rental pool, instead it is rented directly from us the owner/managers, and therefore you are getting the absolute lowest rate and upgraded interior from owners that care. There are also several restaurants and bars located walking distance within the resort for all guests pleasures. We can also arrange daily housekeeping, catering or in-house chef for a nominal fee.
Bedrooms Nr 1-7: A typical guest bedroom consists of two twin size beds or one king size bed by preference, LCD/Plasma TV, High Tread count Bed-Linens, Alarm Clock. Occupancy for 8-17 people + 4 smaller fold out extra beds for 4 people for a total up to 21 people.
